My Blood是由紅髮艾德和Steve Mac共同創作。這是一首親子情的歌，有關看著孩子成長並給予他們力量去面對生活中的困難比如霸凌。這首歌的MV請來所有西城男孩的小孩來拍攝，所以我特別把MV放在這裡讓大家感受家人的愛。有著西城男孩溫柔的歌聲，唱出對孩子滿滿的愛意。
My Blood is co-written by Ed Sheeran and Steve Mac, a love song about watching kids growing up and encouraging them to deal with life like bullying. Here I especially add the music video because all the Westlife members' children feature in it. The song delivers strong affections to children with Westlife's smooth vocals.
